Terms of Use (EULA) – SiteLens

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SiteLens mobile application provided by Cueto Noble Company.

SiteLens offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Hosted Storage.

Subscription period: Monthly
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Users are responsible for their uploaded content. We provide storage and backup services but do not guarantee permanent storage.

You may delete your account at any time within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these Terms at any time.
